Did you hear?  Heather is hosting a chat at DST on Sat. night for National (international) Scrapping Day.  The chat will be at 9 pm EST in the chat room at DST.  Look at the fab participation kit Heather designed just for those who attend the chat.

Lil Tart is just the cutest!  And in addition to just hanging out and chatting, (which always moves fast at DST) there will be other goodies given away.
