She said that one of her dance teachers told her balancing stuff on top of your head helps you have good posture.

I tease that child all the time about constantly dancing.  If we are in the studio, she is dancing.  If we are at home, she is dancing.  If we are standing in line at Outback with mom and dad, she is dancing.  She proved it again at the pharmacy while we were waiting in line to get my prescription.  Yet again, she was dancing…or working on her turns.

She cracks me up.

It reminds me of a saying on the wall at the dance studio:

Dance is the only art of which we ourselves are the stuff of which it is made.

(Though I would argue that singers, my art form, also fall into that quote when not accompanied by music.)

She proves that quote true every day when she is just dancing wherever she is.
