Gift cards are how I keep track of how much I spend on books a month. If I added $20 to my gift card, once that balance is gone, I am done buying books for the month.

While I was at the Friendship Fest on Saturday, Pato was playing soccer mom.

I don’t know how it actually went because I wasn’t there and they all just say fine when asked, but I have a couple of pics to share that Pato sent me.

Nano getting his first soccer medal.

U5 finishes a week earlier than the other age groups, so I missed Nano’s last game.  I know.  Mom guilt.  He looks so cute getting his medal and hanging with his coach.  I really love his coach.  He got Nano.  I am praying he gets him again next season.

I’m so proud of Nano for just doing as much as he did.  It’s hard for him to get out there during social situations and he went from laying on the field to at least doing the practice part with the other kids.  He didn’t play in any of the games yet, but I’ll take the steps he did take and I will cheer loudly for each one of them.

Mr Gatorade mustache and Katiana

That’s Kat and Nano watching Alyce’s game.  I have no photographic proof that Katiana played a game, but I am taking their word that daddy made it over to the next town with them in time for her to play. :)

One more game for each of the girls and 2 for Jordan.  Poor kid has to play one game right after the other next Sunday, one at home and then we turn and drive 40 minutes to get to the next one.  We’ll arrive just in time for the game to start.  It’s going to be a long Sunday.

Have a wonderful day!
