Gift cards are how I keep track of how much I spend on books a month. If I added $20 to my gift card, once that balance is gone, I am done buying books for the month.
If an Amazon link is in a post, it is an affiliate link. Other relationships will be stated if there is one.
If you have shopping to do on Amazon, click on their logo below. It won't charge you anything, but it helps keep this site up and running and pays for the giveaways I do here and on my Facebook page. Thank you!
I thought I posted about them and their relationship, but I can’t find it. I must not have posted it.
Alyce and Christiano have been inseparable since he was born. They are constantly coming up with new games to play: house, school, walking dead…
I am in awe at their relationship. I have four kids. One would think the girls would be the closest, they are 13 and 10 1/2. They get along for the most part, but they don’t hang Nano and Alyce does. My 18 year old prefers to spend his time in his room avoiding younger siblings.
I don’t know if it is Nano and his things that go along with being autistic, but she has always had his back, always included him with playing whether it is just these two or she is playing with friends. Before Nano went through all of his therapies, including social therapy, Alyce and I were the only ones he would carry on normal back and forth conversations with.
I love my siblings and now I’d choose to hang out with my brother or sister above almost anyone else, but back then I would have totally hung out with my friends if given a choice.
I am so grateful that he has her and she has him.
The other day I was coming around the corner and heard singing. I peeked around and saw this:
Just a normal day at my house, listening to music and playing minecraft.
I’m a lucky mama!
Have a wonderful day!
