Gift cards are how I keep track of how much I spend on books a month. If I added $20 to my gift card, once that balance is gone, I am done buying books for the month.

Bound Forever By Hanna Peach
The stunning conclusion to Bound by Lies…
Caden and I on the run. Together. But he still won’t let me touch him and I know he is still keeping things from me. I am determined to uncover everything – at any cost. Even if it tears us apart.
Jacob is back. He’s back and he knows about her. Now, everything that binds the three of us together are twisting and tightening, pulling us all together. I can feel the inevitable coming…
I don’t know how this will end… all I know is, there will be blood.
Adult romantic suspense. +18 years.
“We’re finished,” I barely whisper out.
“You’re lying. This isn’t over. This…” he lifts one hand, brushing past my thigh as he does. The light touch sears me and makes my muscles clench. He points his finger between us, “This is not even close to being over.”
“FYI, you suck at apologizes.”
I say nothing. I just glare at the wall.
He sighs. “I know, I haven’t been the most forthcoming about who I am. When you live the kind of life I have for so long, keeping secrets just becomes a part of you. You get so used to being someone else that who you are feels… like a lie. Who I am doesn’t feel like enough. This isn’t an excuse for the way I am. I’m just trying to make you understand.”
“I understand why you feel like you need to hide things from me. But it’s not enough for me anymore, Caden.”
“I know. I know. I want that to change with you. I want to… try. But you need to be patient with me. I’m asking you to be patient with me.” He reaches for my arm, still crossed over me like a shield, eyeing me as if he’s afraid I might run away. I let him touch me but I don’t move. I’m not sure that I can.
The first hot tear escapes my eye and drops to my lap.
“Oh kitten,” he breathes as his fingers move to brush my cheek. “I know why you want to walk away. I know all the reasons you should, even all the reasons that you don’t know yet. But I won’t let you go without a fight. And if it’s one thing I know how to do, it’s to fight for something. I’m going to fight for you. If you don’t say you’ll let me try – really try – to change today, that’s okay. I’ll come back tomorrow and the day after and the day after for however many days it takes to win another chance from you.”
“I’m sure that’s called stalking.”
“It’s not stalking if you’re in my house.”
“No, you’re right. That’s called kidnapping and holding me against my will.”
“It’s called protecting you, keeping you safe. I’m not going to apologize for doing that. Ever.”
I loved Bound By Lies so much. I only hoped that I would love Bound Forever as much as I loved the first one. There’s no way it could surpass my love of it, right?
Hanna Peach did it.
She somehow made Bound Forever even more, that’s the only word I can think, just more, she made it even more than Bound By Lies was.
I adore this couple so much. Caden and Kitten. I still don’t know her real name. I was looking for it. I don’t think it was ever said. Caden said her real name once, by that I mean she said, he used my real name, but I don’t think we ever found out what her real name was. It’s all part of the mystery that is Kitten.
When we pick up this couple’s story, they are on the run from Jacob. Caden has her handcuffed in the car and she is not happy about it. He’s just trying to keep her safe.
Totally reasonable, right?
There is so much we learn in this book about Caden, who he is, why he has the rules that he does, what made him who he is today. So much. I promise you you will be heartbroken for him when you hear all that Caden through.
The spicy scenes are just as hot in this book as they were in the first except again, they are even more. Something happens that causes them to connect even deeper. Something that did my heart good and made me sigh for them.
I smiled and I got teary eyed. I had to wipe some away as I came to the end of the story of one of my favorite fictional couples. I didn’t want their story to end. I want more Caden and Kitten.
I am so glad I got to read this. I wouldn’t have missed this book for anything.
Thank you so much for my copy of Bound Forever. 5 stars. I absolutely loved it!
Hanna began to write at the tender age of seven, starting with a daring and questionable autobiography entitled Go Suck a Lemon. Perhaps it was a little before its time.
After leaving school she agreed with everyone who said she needed to get a degree and a real job to become a proper adult. She kept writing as a hobby. After starting (and never finishing) several degrees and switching from multiple careers, she finally decided that being a real adult was overrated. In 2012, she sold everything, moved to Europe and began to write full-time.
Eternally restless, Hanna has lived in Indonesia, Australia, Germany and Scotland. She is currently residing in England.
She is addicted to coffee and chocolate and would one day like to own a dragon.
Hanna Peach is the author of the Dark Angel urban fantasy series and Bound romantic suspense series. Angelblood (Dark Angel #4) and Bound by Fear (Bound #2) are due for publication in 2014.
