Do you make resolutions? I joke around about resolutions but I never actually make them. Most likely because I never keep them. Never. Like I break them day 1.
This year I’m going to try to make and keep some things that I usually do but that I could do better on. Maybe that way I can keep them.
So in 2013 I resolve to….
I think those are attainable. The patience one is going to be tough, but it’s something I really need to work on.
Why didn’t I resolve to lose weight? Because I have been calorie counting and working out all the time for months and have gained weight. I’m hoping that my new anti-depressant helps with that along with watching what I eat and exercising, but I don’t want to be disappointed any more. If I lose, awesome! If I don’t, I still kept up my exercising which at least makes me healthier than I was when I wasn’t working out at all.
There are other things I want to do: read more, watch less tv, scrap again (when I get my computer back), cook (healthy food) more – but I’m just going to keep my list to those 4 things. Those are the most important ones to me.
