In the Season 3 finale, Patrick confronts and shoots a man who claims to be the serial killer who murdered his wife and daughter – Red John. Do you believe that this man is the true Red John? If so, why? If not, who do you think he is?
Dude, seriously. You know how TV shows work. Things never end that simply. Too easy for Patrick to figure out. There has got to be more to this. Red John will probably come to not be “that” Red John. Either that or there is going to be so much more coming out, such as he did not work alone, who helped him, why, etc.
I think this is going to be another awesome season of the mentalist!

I love the show, and try to watch it faithfully. I did see the last episode and think it was not Red John that was killed. That would wrap things up too neatly, right? Either way, I want to have the chance to come back and see Patrick find the real Red John! That may or may not happen, but it’s such a great show. Patrick is so smart, isn’t he? (and handsome!)
