The guys on ‘The Big Bang Theory’ have a very fun and playful work dynamic, often joking around with each other and playing games. Because they work at CalTech, most of their jokes revolve around astrophysics and Wolowitz’s lack of a PhD! Describe your current or past work dynamic. Are you good friends with your co-workers? You’re supposed to have fun at work? hmmmmm. I’ve been a stay at home mom for over 7 years now. Ok, I have had fun at work. My last “job” was working at Pato’s sister’s restaurant. It was a blast most of the time. I got along with everyone, we were always laughing, usually at something I had done, or at my Spanish, or…the list goes on and on. I honestly don’t think I have ever laughed so much at a job. Drove the boss crazy. 
I was called La gabacha loca there – meaning the crazy white girl.
That pretty much sums me up in a nut shell.

Completely.
Every other job I have had, we have joked around after work, but during work, we were more serious.
Or maybe I am so not serious compared to co-workers I have had?
I don’t know.
I just know I love to laugh.
As should we all.
