Work Gloves

Posted by Heather Manning On October - 21 - 2010

74951_240_240 I was sent a pair of leather palm gloves to try out.

Now, I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to try these out on.  I thought maybe I’d give them to my dad.  He’s a work glove type of guy.  He uses them for doing his outside work, like splitting wood for campfires, dragging away brush, working near poison ivy, all that fun stuff that you won’t catch me doing.  :)

Pato saw them and said, now wait a second!  I want them.  Pato is now the proud owner of a pair of leather palm gloves.  He’s used them a few times when outside working on various things with his car (ie: changing rims).  He really likes them.  He said on the day that it was cold out, having them on and not having to touch the metal with bare skin was much better.  He also said that he imagines these would do a great job protecting the hands when you are doing all of those things my dad does outside.

I could see me using them to open a jar of spaghetti sauce.  They’ve got a nice grip on them.  Unfortunately, Pato has hidden them in the garage because he said I will not be tarnishing them with tomato products.

My gloves came from Care Cleaning Protection and they have tons to choose from for various tasks.  I’m sure your husband would love a pair as much as Pato did.  They might not even know they need them, but once they have them they will find plenty of ways to use them.  They most likely won’t let you use them to open spaghetti sauce.

Yes, I think your Dad needs a pair or two!

  2. I never would have thought that leather gloves could be an ideal present for daddies. Having one pair of these gloves is really great for repairing some stuff inside the house.
