Heather, sorry to heat that you are were in so much pain, hope you have gotten some relief. I understand about the door knocking, in fact just had one today — it sounded like a knock that Alexa’s friend uses so I told her to go ahead and open the door, she was closer than I was — instead it was on overly energetic young man — I immediately said, I don’t have and money and I don’t want to buy anything — he still stood in my doorway and gave his talk–I again said NO and he went on his way — sometimes wish I had x-ray vision to use before I answer the door.

Oh I am so sorry to hear you hurt yourself! Ug. I do know your pain.
As for the door knockers…I am afraid I had to be almost rude to get them to stop. No should mean no.
