Congratulations on Snowball!!! Seriously though, it kinda looks like a mouse/rat. Thankfully being white does make him look sweeter.

I am terrified of rodents, but love squirrels. I could own a squirrel

I just read the "fire" post. Wanna know how I know grease is flammable? The Today show mentioned about cooking bacon in the oven on a rack. Grease drips down, bacon nice and crispy. Easy clean up, right? NOT if you make enough bacon for potato salad to feed 200 people. I made the mistake of cooking 3 or 4 packs of bacon in the oven, then turning the oven on to clean. Turns out bacon grease can catch on fire. Go figure. Couldn't put it out since the oven locks up when it's in clean mode and doesn't unlock until it's cool. Apparently it doesn't unlock when there's a roaring fire inside either. Called fire dept, who came and pulled it outside. I just love those guys! Oh, and this was my brand new stainless steel double over and glass cook top. I was terrified for weeks to turn the bottom oven on. I understand the panic effect when there's a fire in your house. Nothing seems to go as you planned, practiced or learned. I guess we're just lucky we're all still alive! LOL! And my condolences on the death of your hamster. I'll have to email you my hamster obit from when I was a teenager. You'll get a kick out of it.
