I am sad. Yesterday while I was sleeping with Christiano, it must have been while Pato was vacuuming, someone spilled a glass of pop across my tablet, onto my keyboard, and down my computer (desktop).
Pato was able to save my tablet by taking it apart and swabbing it down with alcohol but my desktop is now not working. You turn it on and the monitor light comes on but it’s just a black screen. I wanted to cry. I haven’t backed up since April. That’s horrible, I know. And I just had a bunch of new stuff I had bought a few days before. I’m sure I can redownload, but that doesn’t save my pictures that were on there from May and June.
Pato is going to take it to a repair shop on Monday and see if it’s just something simple that needs fixed. Keep your fingers crossed because my laptop isn’t really strong enough to design on. It freezes when I run big files on PSP.
Tomorrow we’re going out to my mom and dad’s for Father’s Day. We’ll have to bring some outdoor chairs because everyone is coming. Mom is making scalloped potatoes and we’ll roast s’mores, have a bonfire, and lots of fun for the kids because all the cousins will be there. I’d tell you I’d have pictures on Monday, but it’ll probably be a few days until I have pictures again.
