Not Everyone's Mama

That took all day.  Actually 2 days.  I spent yesterday networking my laptop and desktop so I could pull the files from the desktop to the laptop and scrap on the couch with my feet up.  Come to find out, my laptop doesn’t really have enough memory to run Paintshop Pro and was freezing and dragging and it was horrible.  So, I mosied over to the desktop and scrapped it there.  2 swollen feet later, I have my page for Hummie’s challenge done.

Wonder why my daughter’s picture is ripped up?  That was Hummie’s idea!  LOL  Her challenge was to rip a picture into 3 pieces and add journaling.  So, I ripped up a tantrum at one of Jordan’s soccer games.  It was the only picture I could bear to add rips to.

So we’re off to our start.  It felt really good to scrap, even if my feet are burning and huge now.  LOL

The Christmas tree is still up.  we’ll get it down one of these days. 

I had an OB appointment on the 2nd.  That went ok.  I’m down a pound which is good because I was up 4 in a 2 week period at the last check.  Down one means I’ve gained 11 pounds in 33 weeks.  Not too shabby.  I’m kind of proud of myself.

My blood pressure is up though and the protein is going up, which means, no not bed rest, but take it easy.  Like I haven’t been.  You won’t see me running a marathon any time soon, if ever.  LOL

Too bad Christmas is past, and Pato’s birthday.  I was window shopping/surfing and came upon these Nixon watches.  I really like this one.  I’m not quite sure he’s worth a $320 watch though.  He’s been kinda crabby lately. 

The Amazing Digiscrap Race kicked off yesterday!  Now I’ve got to get my butt over to my desktop and try to scrap.  If I sit there too long my feet start swelling and going numb.  Hence the reason for no layouts or new products from me lately.  But, I love the ADSR, I don’t want to miss out.  If only my EHD was more portable, it would make life a lot easier right now.  Or if only the outlets weren’t all the way under my desk.  Or if only I could figure out how to network my desk top to my laptop and just pull stuff from the one to the other.  *sigh*  I’ll figure it out.
