Ok, I think there are only 11. LOL But we’ve been busy.
First I have to share this one of Alyce. I gave her part of a nestle bar the other day. And isn’t my chocolate baby so cute? LOL
Saturday both kids had soccer.
Katiana
How my daughter likes to enjoy soccer. LOL
Then it was off to Jordan’s game.
Playing goalie
Then it was off to the end of my niece’s game a field over. But she was out of the game at that point because her knee cap was really bothering her from someone kicking it.
(
Then off to grandma’s – where we found out Carter and Alyce are best of friends when they have chips and dip. ROFL Carter is 3 month’s younger than Alyce and she is about a foot taller. Either she is tall or they do a lot of growing between 19 and 22 months. LOL
Kat enjoying her chips and dip
Then yesterday – I was so proud of both of my kids! Jordan signed up to run the mile between the 3-5 grade boys of the 4 or 5 (I can’t remember how many) elementaries in our district. I was in shock he wanted to do it. He hates running laps in soccer. And playing soccer is different than running long distances like that. He didn’t come in first. He didn’t come in second. He came in 74th out of 75th. But when my son came around that bend, I started crying. I was just so proud of him for wanting to do it and for finishing it. He didn’t give up, even though it was really hard for him. He kept going. Literally, tears coming out of my eyes. And to hear everyone at the finish line cheering for him – yelling his name – his teachers included, I think everyone was really proud of him for doing this. He’s a husky boy. He’s active, but husky. And like I said, this wasn’t easy for him.
A couple of shots of him at the end of the mile
I’m tearing up thinking about it now. LOL He got a ribbon. I’m going to have to scrap it.
Then it was off to kinder kicks for Kat again.
Where I got one picture of her loving her Hannah Montana bottle. LOL My other daughter was being rather um, active, so I didn’t get a lot of pictures of either of them. But, I’m so proud of Kat too. I’ve told you guys, she’s rather shy on the field. She runs, but she won’t touch the ball. Well, yesterday, she got it! She finally started going after the ball and kicking it away from the other kids. I was so proud and so was her coach. We’re like, she got it!!! She gets it!! LOL
And miss spin a lot. she was spinning in circles, thinking that falling down was the best part. LOL This is before she started taking her shirt off. *sigh*
I got up at 5:30 this morning. I left my window open last night, and figured out it was much to cold out last night to be doing that. I think I need one of those heated mattress pads because I’m hot when I go to bed. Leave the window open then wake up freezing. Now, I’m exhausted, and it’s time to get the kids up. Oh well.
Have a wonderful day!
