Mikayla Corey was born at 12:52 p.m. today. She is 6 lbs 5 oz and 19 1/4 inches long.
After Abby had her they whisked the baby away for a little bit to make sure she hadn’t breathed in or swallowed any merconium (SP?). I’m not sure if they know yet if she did or not, but she is with my sister now.
Mom said she doesn’t have a lot of hair, which really isn’t that unusual in our family, but that she sure is pretty. 
)
Hopefully I can go down later and see her.
