Not Everyone's Mama

Two days in a row?  What is the world coming too?  LOL 

Kat has Wednesday’s off of preschool so I’m kind of on my old routine today.  Except Alyce just got up and is sitting on my lap to blog with me. 

No baby yet for my sister.  Today is her due date.  She has a doctor’s appointment today and we’ll see what they say today.  Yesterday she had an ultrasound to check amniotic fluid, baby’s heart rate, etc and all was wonderful.  She just must think that she needs to cook a little more.  LOL

It’s funny when I say that about my own baby.  Katiana always says, “you’re not cooking the baby.”  Well, kind of I am, thank you.  It’s just cooking away.  In about 12 days I can say he or she instead of it.  Hopefully at least.  My kids have always cooperated and opened those legs during an ultrasound, but my sister’s baby didn’t for the first ultrasound.  So here’s hoping this one does too.

With the ultrasound coming up that means Pato is coming home for a visit.  YAY!  I can’t wait for a little help around here.

And speaking of him.  He’s driving me crazy.  The restaurant his uncle put him in was really slow.  (new restaurant)  No $$.  So, he’s now at his sister’s restaurant until one of the guys at another one of his uncle’s other restaurants takes off for a visit to Mexico.  I wasn’t happy at all because the whole point of him being up there is to be trained on how to run a restaurant.  Not to wait tables at his sister’s restaurant.  He knows I’m not happy about what is going on.

I guess we are just waiting for his uncle to sell 2 of his restaurants to invest in the one here in Iowa.  He has quite a few.  If your in Ohio near a Casa Fiesta, chances are your eating at one of his uncle’s restaurants.   There might possibly be other restaurants with the same name, but he owns a lot of them named Casa Fiesta.

And if you’re near Lexington (near Mansfield) and go to Pueblo Grande, go give Pato some crap until he is where he is supposed to be. 

I need to go get my moving pods, ok, actually, my children moving.  Really just Jordan.  He’s sitting on the couch in his boxers not moving.  And making Alyce scream.  Great way to start the morning.
