Have you ever tried to squish 50 elements on a layout?

Posted by Heather Manning On March - 29 - 2008

My goodness.  I think Miss Betsy at PDW hates me.  And I loved you so much Betsy.  LOL  Just kidding, I still love Betsy.  She’s a wonderful lady.  But man did she make us work for our challenge #10 in the ADSR.  Ready for it?  You want to see it don’t you?

We were told at least 50 elements from at least 10 designers.  And we had to scrap out biggest fear, wish, etc.

And you know what has been on my mind lately, so here is my layout -

The list of credits is HUGE.  Let’s see, my stuff I used my Old Edges, Notes, All About Me Brushes, and glitter hearts.  There are way to many other credits to list here, so you can see them all here.

And Miss Alyce.  I have the cutest pictures of here yesterday.  She was playing with her Little People Mega Blocks box.

Can You See me?

Are you sure you can see me?

Now can you see me?  Peek A Boo Mommy!

I’m so funny, aren’t I mommy?

Baby in a box

Isn’t she cute?  She loves her box.

Do you know what I cannot get enough of lately?  I’m eating them for breakfast.  That’s bad.  Gardetto’s.  I can’t get enough of them.  Have you had their Italian recipe?  Oh my goodness so good.  Seriously, can you lose weight if all you eat is Gardetto’s?  Probably not, all the salt.  LOL  I need like Gardetto’s rehabilitation.  Like drug rehabilitation but for Gardetto’s.  Think I can find that somewhere.  It’s been like 3 weeks now that I’ve been craving them.  And no, I’m not pregnant.  LOL

Speaking of pregnant people, my sister wants me to come over today.  This is after she heard me threatening to box my kids up and drop them off at the border for daddy to pick up.  LOL  She doesn’t think she’s contagious anymore.  And Heather, you need to get out of the house.  So, that might be on our list of things to do today.  Along with soccer.  Jordan’s game was canceled due to the other team not wanting anyone to touch their fields when they are wet.  I assumed it was going to happen because Jordan’s league canceled all home games on our fields, and they usually don’t care.  Jordan’s coach scheduled a scrimmage though at 4 with another team in our league.  So we’ve got that today.  I think I’ll take my Gardetto’s in the car.  I love them.  LOL

Pato called yesterday for sympathy.  He had left to go get his Mexican passport which he has to have to get his US Visa.  And his sister, her husband, and Pato all ate soup.  LOL  He said, do you remember when you got sick cuz you ate bad tacos?  Yes.  I am there right now.  Except he had bad seafood in his soup.  He was ill.  And I said, serves you right.  If you were home you could have good seafood soup at a restaurant that is monitored by the health department.  Or whoever monitors restaurants to ensure that bad seafood isn’t served.

At least I didn’t laugh at him.  His whole family got a mighty good laugh at the poor American with a weak stomach when I got sick and was in the bathroom all day.  Seriously, you could hear them snickering.  I wouldn’t eat at any taco stand that I hadn’t been to before I got sick the rest of my trip.

New Doodly Do frames in the store!  You asked for more, ok, maybe you didn’t, but someone did.  LOL  Remember Doodly Do Frames set 1?  Now there are Doodly Do Frames Set 2.

With the bonus set of 2 papers.  Because you can’t have scribbly frames without some dirty paper.

And they are on sale for 25% off for a week!

Also on sale for 25% off still is Berry-Licious and Baby Got Back!

And don’t forget my designer grab bag!  On sale through the 1st!  It’s an open grab bag, all of the previews are in the store!

Have a wonderful day!
