Not Everyone's Mama

Whose babies love lullabies?  Not mine.  Alyce has taken to Pop Goes The Weasel.  LOL  I have to lay her on my chest while I’m laying down and kind of bounce up and down and sing that beautiful song.  And after I get through all around the mulberry bush, I don’t know the words.  Pato’s never heard our rendition before.  He was rolling last night.  I was singing, and all of sudden he pops his head in and said, “What are you singing?”  Alyce’s lullaby.  ROFLMBO  And the words are?  I wish I knew the rest of the words, I’ll google it tomorrow, mommy always sings that verse, then forgets later.  ROFL  Alyce prefers the song at a fast tempo and bounce.  If I slow down, she starts to whine. 

So, now I’m on a mission to find the rest of the words.

And I found them!  ROFL

Turns out I’m wrong on all the words.  I thought it was all around the mulberry bush.  Poor kid, mommy’s singing it all wrong.  I just found another site that had it listed as All around the Mulberry Bush.  I’m not all wrong!  So, which version is correct?  Anybody?  Anybody?  ROFL

I’ve got some pictures!  Remember that John McCain Rally I went to at the beginning of the month, and forgot to take the battery to my camera.  And the lady next time me took a picture of Jordan with Tim Russert?  Well, she emailed me all the pics from the rally.  I’ll only make you look at Jordan.  He’s the cutest one in all the pics anyway!

Isn’t he though?  His first celebrity picture.  And considering the fact, I have NONE with me and celebrities, he’s got me beat!  LOL

And remember I couldn’t find the cord to my camera after new year’s eve, but I had the cutest picture of Katiana waiting for the bal to drop?  Well, I have the cord to my camera.  Someone took it off my computer and put it in the desk drawer.  Like I’m going to find it there.  ROFL

We had just washed the blankets and they were folded on the couch.  She didn’t quite make it to the ball dropping, but she tried so hard.

Don’t you just say, awwwwww!  LOL  I wish I had this child’s eyelashes.  Well, any of my children’s eye lashes.  Mine are blonde.  And not thick.  I just happened to notice hers here.

Katiana, don’t move!  No, don’t come towards my camera while I push the button.  Hey mom!  LOL

Um, she got in the bathtub too.  LOL  I think she’s upset here because it was Alyce’s turn to fly and not hers yet.  You know, daddy paying attention to someone else.

Woohoo!  Stylin baby.  Trying to get a picture before she took her hat off.  Don’t you love her little adidas?  Her and Kat have matching ones, cept for Kat’s are pink stripes.

Flash didn’t fire for some reason, but the best picture I could get of her with the hat on still.  LOL  Can you tell she just wanted to take it off so bad?  LOL

Yesterday was Jordan’s first appointment with the counselor.  We went after school.  Pato stayed with the girls.  Jordan was so nervous.  But he did so well.  Opened right up when it was “all about Jordan” time.  She just wanted to ask him some questions the first night.  It may take a few weeks to get through the questions.  Jordan is a talker like his mama.  LOL  He just kept going and going and going.  But, he really liked her.  So, I have hope that this might work!
