The 24/7 Mom

I can tell already.  It’s 10:00 and I’ve just now sat down to blog.  I was mighty happy to wake up and find out it was 9:00.  I never sleep in.  I’m always up at 7 or before.  So, that was a nice treat!  Especially after going to bed at 1:30.  But, we’re starting off the day with nobody listening to me.  So fun.

Last of the Christmas pictures, I only have a couple here.  I didn’t snap as many as I thought I did at our Christmas day family thing at the library.  And you know, after I reminded myself to bring my camera yesterday to the thing with my grandma, I forgot it.  Brilliant Heather!  LOL

My neice and Steve’s daughter, Sydney.  The crap this child gave me because I didn’t buy her batteries to go with the electronic diary I got her.  I didn’t even think about it.  I gave her $5 to have her dad go get her some on the way home, and may I say, that wasn’t good enough for her.   I still love you Syndey.  LOL

Steve’s other daughter, Jadah.  She’ll be 2 next month.  Where has the time gone?  She still doesn’t like me.  LOL  She hides or shrinks into her mom whenever I try to talk to her.  (  I don’t know why she’s scared of me, all the other nieces and nephews love me.  Unless I forget batteries.

Now I get to share my Christmas presents to myself.  ROFL  Ok, did I tell you what Pato got me?  I mean, it is one of the things I wanted but seriously, I – never mind, I don’t want to complain, let’s just say, I got him a video camera, 2 PSP games, 5 or 6 shirts.  I got the Golden Goddess perfume from Baby Phat that was in a combo thingy from Gordman’s.  I do love it.  So, I’ll be happy.  LOL

But, I got myself a couple of things too.  I was looking at lenses for my camera and was happy to notice they are no where near as expensive as say a Rebel’s lenses are.  So, I got myself this on ebay and it came yesterday, yay!

These are on their way.  The day before yesterday I checked and they were in Salt Lake City stuck because of a huge overflow of parcels according to UPS.  LOL

So, I’m all excited waiting for those to get here.  Then I got a couple of books on Amazon, just to read a little more.  I just want to take awesome pictures of my kids.

So, that’s my new fun stuff.  The books actually were really cheap.  That’s why I got them.  The PC magazine one was used for 1 cent.  LOL  And the other one was $2.20.  Otherwise I would have gone to a book store here to see what they had and not pay S&H.  I still might go to the half price book store and see what they have.  When I want to learn something I have to get everything about it and go crazy absorbing information.  LOL

I am uploading some QPs right now to the store that Kari made out of my kits.  They are really pretty.  I probably won’t have the preveiws up til tomorrow, but know they are coming.  LOL

Also, don’t forget to mark your calendars for New Year’s Eve if your stuck at home like me!  I’m hosting a chat at DST at 11:00 P.M. EST (10:00 CST)  I would love to have you all there chatting with me!  I’ll have some goodies to give away!
