Happy Halloween! If only you could hear the way I say that. ROFL The baby now has this ghost I bought for Jordan when he was baby. About a foot high, push on it’s hand and it giggles and shakes, ha ha ha ha ha — ha ha ha ha ha — Happppy Halllooweeeeen! In this little teeny squeeky voice.
We went trick or treating last night. Oh what fun! LOL Actually it was til about 7:30 when I heard all the way home, I’m tired, I have to go to the bathroom. HOLD IT! I have to go to the bathroom too mom, HOLD IT! But I have to GOOOOO! We made it without any accidents. YAY!
I didn’t take the car at all this year. I have in years past because I didn’t want to have to take the baby in and out, in and out. She fell asleep after the first 10 minutes, so I took off my jacket, covered up the stroller, and off we went!
Jordan found a new joke, so he told Kat she could use his joke after the first few houses. Would she tell it? No! LOL
Gee, bet you don’t know the answer. LOL
Why is 6 afraid of 7?
Because 7 8 9. Tee hee! LOL

Because if they flew over the bay, they’d be bagels! Silly! LOL
Can I ask, am I just a prude? Because some of the costumes I saw teen/preteen girls wearing had me doing double takes. Your parents let you out of the house dressed like that? Number 1, that’s a lot of skin. I don’t show that much skin, nor have I ever, and I’m really not that prudish. Number 2 – it’s Iowa, it’s from 6 – 8, there’s no sun out, it’s 40 some degrees, and your wearing a mini skirt up to their and your shirt, barely covers your boobs up and down. Aren’t you freezing????
13 year old girls wearing like dallas cowboy cheerleader costumes.
Sure their uniforms are great for the um, over 18 set if you choose to wear that. But, that young? My mom would have killed me. I also saw harem girls with like see see see through pants and bikini bottoms under them, with a top, such as say, a cowboy cheerleader would wear. Lots of outfits like that. Ones that I wanted to cover up my 8 year old son’s eyes for when we passed.
What are parents thinking now a days?
I did see some of the cutest fairies, lady bugs (but can I say mine was the cutest lady bag! LOL), bumble bees, storm troopers, I even saw curious george with the man in the yellow hat. That was AWESOME! Loved it!

I wonder whats going on with some parents now aday. Who are they satisfing? The kids? Trying to be friends with them? I don’t know and it really bothers me watching the next generation coming up and these kids are going to run our country!!!!!!!!! Very upsetting.

I’m so with you on the costume thing – it’s really appalling. Lucky for me my dd is going as a Power Ranger this year, lol! And no, she’s not the pink one either!
I have no clue about those new costumes! WOW is all I can say. We did so many sorts of things with glue and fabric and had such fun doing it. And my Mom and Dad did too! I loved being a tv box and all the other cool things, I got to create. I remember one year I went as the Chiquita Banana Girl! SUCH FUN! Except for the fruit on my head! TOO HEAVY! Why can’t we do those things – versus as someone above said, HOOCHIE MAMAS!!!! By the way, love the template, as always. And mmm pregnant? Why NOT? EVIL GIGGLES

I wonder the same thing myself…and really, on a daily basis…how mother’s can let their daughter’s wear some of the stuff they do. However…I keep thinking of all the movies and shows that show the kid walking out of the house looking like a nun and on their way to school make a dress change, lol. Could this be what is happening? Ummm, I like to think so. Or is that even worse?!
I agree with the costumes, but fortunately my 2 not into it (yet). They are both very modest witches – check them out on my blog. I just can’t say they look cute – they HATE that!
As a mom of 2 girls I wonder about clothing. Espcially as they are outgrowing the “T’s”. The little girl clothing I have found is so much more grown up. I have to be so selective and it takes more time.

Yeah, clothes and costuimes for girls are getting much more “adult” than necessary much younger these days. As much as I am not a Mary Kate & Ashley fan I have to say most of their clothing line seems to be a little more age-appropriate while being cool. I’d like to wear them!

Heather hun, I wonder about what some mothers let their daughters out in on a daily basis. I guess it’s a good thing I’ll never have girls. Oh wait..you have 2. OOPS..SORRY lol Seriously, there are some cute girl clothes but there are also some down right hoochiefied looking stuff. for LITTLE girls. Kids are growing up way too fast today. I’ve made my 13 year old son watch Maury when he’s had 12 & 13 year old girls who didn’t know who their baby’s daddy was taking DNA tests. After the 4th 13, 14 year old boy that was found NOT to be the daddy, I looked at my son & he looked ill.
ANYWAY, I love this template. I got a pic of Sean this morning before school (he decided against wearing his costume to school) all dressed up like a doctor. TOO cute!!! Perfect template for it!!!
