We had a fun weekend full of fun Halloween stuff!
Saturday I took the kids to Living History Farms for the Halloween Family Night. I was so worn out when we got done. I’m trying to figure out whose brilliant idea it was for me to take all 3 kids by myself to something like that. LOL No, really, they were so good. It was just a lot of, “MOM, the buckle!” (Kat’s shoes wouldn’t stay buckled – I took them back the next day and got a pair that stayed buckled) and she would fall on her face a few times because she refused to ride in the stroller and the buckle kept coming undone. And then Jordan fell on his face. And Alyce was thoroughly opposed to the stroller as well. There was also a lot of, “Katiana, is that your family? Jordan, did you want to go home with them?” That was when they would run ahead of me to get to the next candy stop. We did get to go on a horse drawn hay rack ride, that was fun!
Sunday, Pato took the day off and we took them to Night Eyes at the zoo. My brother and his family came too. I had more fun there because well, Kat’s shoes stayed buckled, and there was more people to help with my children. LOL So, today is a photo post. I’m going to post pictures of the kids today, tomorrow, I’ll show some of the animals we saw, cuz there are a lot of pictures of the kids.
)
Alyce and me – you can’t look anything but pregnant when you are wearing your baby. LOL That’s all Alyce though, no bun in the oven here. LOL
Fotki mixed up all of these, they aren’t in order. Oh well.
I loved this picture, had to play with it.
Look at mommy! Look at Mommy! Thanks Alyce…why can no one look at me at the same time???
A juggler at Living History Farms
A big ol’ pumpkin a the farms
Have you seen a cuter dragon? My nephew Carter – can you believe he is this big already? Let’s see, Alyce will be 10 months, so he is almost 7 months.
Carter’s sister – my neice Taylor! She won 2 costume contests so far this year. LOL And no, her mama don’t let her wear make up when it’s not halloween.
)
So there you have a weekend wrapped up in pictures!
OH! I forgot to blog the mannequin in the window! Remember awhile back, we were driving and I wanted Pato to stop so I could snap a picture of the store window. It was a shower, with a naked mannequin? Well, this time he did. LOL I ran and snapped one. Not the greatest, cuz the sun was shining right on the window, and I was scared someone was going to ask me why I was taking a picture (for my blog – DUH! LOL) She’s slipped a little, but here is the mannequin in the shower.
Me thinks she has duct tape wrapped around her knee too. ROFL
1 more thing to do. Begger’s night. I think it’s on Tuesday (the 30th) It’s usually the night before Halloween. Then we can put the costumes away, which is good cuz I’m getting tired of getting kids dressed. LOL
If you like the frames here, I used my stacked p-frames. (Except for the ones with the juggler and Kat’s full length picture. Those are my girl, Kim B’s weathered frames.
And those beat up labels? Those are from my friend Lynn! Aren’t they cool?
I’m going to have a special going on this week – Mon – Friday! If you buy my black light papers –
I will send you a link to download my Dirty Stars Paper Pack for free! (Just give me a little bit after you buy them – I have to send the link by hand.)
So, don’t add the Dirty Stars to your cart. Just purchase the Black Light Papers. (And whatever else you want. LOL) When I get notice of your purchase, I will send you the link for the Dirty Stars.
Also, check out the items that I have for a monkey buck! There are 11 items that are only $1.00!
Have an awesome day!

I love that blog! Another fun one I found is Scrap Review! Now if only I had the guts to send one of my kits in for review. LOL

Such great photos! Sounds like you were pretty busy over the weekend.
Hope you have a great day!
First, I’m totally jealous that you have a sling you like. I bought two of them for Jenny, including a $50 Maya wrap, and I just can’t get the buggers to fit right. The one day I had her in there all day, I must have had it on wrong because all day the next day I had a back spasm.
Looks like you had a fun family weekend! We’re gonna take the girls out on Halloween night around here on post, I hope I get some good pics like you did!
HEY PEEPS: The black light paper is awesome! GO BUY IT!

Looks like you had a great weekend! The kids look so cute in their costumes. Thanks for using my labels.
I’m confused, what maniquin?
Morning hot-stuff!! Those slings are great but they do make ya look pregnant. Miss Alyce’s costume is just too friggin cute!!!! Love ya girly!!!
Heather I think you need a nap after your busy weekend…I’m exhausted just reading about it!
Looks like you had a lot of fun though and all of their costumes are adorable! You’re a better woman than I – I won’t let my kids touch their costumes until we go trick-or-treating because I don’t want to have to get the three of them dressed up and undressed more than once.
No wonder I was lonely this weekend! Very cute costumes. Mom delivered the (handmade) pirate costumes for Brenden & Micaila last night, but now he says he wants to be a turtle and she wants to be a princess…. sigh…
I’ve been a bit swamped in the scrapping dept lately with some temp CT jobs, but I’m hoping to get to play with that grab bag by the end of the week! Oh – and no emails yet… Just checked gmail… Grab me on Hello tonight if you need to – absolutartist1
Gotta love the pic of all three of them. I have yet to master how to get my twins to look at the camera or me at the same time. lol
Great photos! I really like their costumes. Jake was 10 months on the 24th. I think he is working on more teeth. Problem is everytime he starts cutting a tooth, he gets an ear infection. He has other issues with it apparently and might have toi have surgery on it.
Awwww … how sweet! I could never wear a sling. I’m not t he right body type to wear one. I’m much more comfortable with a backpack! I love their costumes. They’re all so adorable. I’ll have pictures of my crew in a couple days!!
I love those costumes Heather….especially the Ladybug…lol
. I like how you made the frames too….have a great day and see you tomorrow!
