Have you ever just looked at a baby in wonder? I have been thinking a lot lately about how much Alyce has changed in …well, she’s going to be 7 months on the 2nd. Can you belive that? I look at her now in amazement, not just at all she can do, but the expresiveness behind her eyes.
When she was born, I couldn’t have told you what she was thinking, except when she was hungry or tired, or gassy. LOL Now, you can almost see the thoughts behind her eyes. When she looks at her brother and sister doing something crazy in wonder. or when someone does something that amuses her, it doesn’t start in her smile, it starts in her eyes. Or when she sees me walk into a room, or daddy come home from work, or grandma stops by. The happiness always starts in her eyes. It’s just amazing to me how much they are able to tell you at this age without being able to say anything. Babies are just amazing period!
