Never thought I’d post something about her on my blog, but does anyone else feel no sympathy whatsoever for Paris Hilton right now? She’s horrified that she is going to jail for what was it? Driving drunk, driving on a suspended license, not sure if the last one was driving drunk on a suspended license or not? I’ve been watching it on my phone when I’m bored. She got 45 days for her offenses. As someone who has lost in the same accident, an aunt, an uncle, 2 cousins, and a 2 year old baby that my aunt and uncle were adopting, because of a drunk driver – very drunk – who got on the interstate going the wrong direction, hit them head on, and killed them all, I say, serve your time. Why is it some celebs think they are entitled to all of these things that most of us “normal” people aren’t able to get. Most of the time it doesn’t bother me, but in this instance, it just makes me sick. Stop whining, suck it up, do your time, and stop doing things that would endanger the lives of other human beings – you wouldn’t have to worry about going to jail. No tears shed for her over here.

Not only was she driving on a suspended license.. it was a violation of her probation AND her 3rd offense. Personally, I am all for the judge’s ruling. Some people are all up in arms about how he just came down hard on her b/c she’s a celebrity but seriously, if it went the other way and he was lenient on her… people would be pissed off that she got off b/c she’s a celebrity. Either way you’re screwed.. lol.

I know nothing of this story except what I have just read here, but I just want to add something. It seems in her case…as in others…that they have no remorse. They don’t feel like they did any thing wrong because they didn’t cause any harm (life or property).
I don’t drink, but I have been been in an accident. Still after more than a year I feel bad for what happened, I’m thankful that I had insurance and that nobody was hurt.
I just hope it doesn’t take someone getting hurt in the case of PH to get her to gain some maturity and responsibility.
I think Paris deserves jail time. Heather thank you for this very nice bow. I love it!
IMO….she deserves a lot more than 45 days.
She won’t learn her lesson though….her families money will always be there to bail her out.

waaaah I can’t believe i’m admitting this but i love Paris! lol it just kind of crept on me since I started watching the simple life.
I don’t feel sorry for her though because her time will pass quickly and i’m sure her camp will make it run as smoothly as possible.
Besides it’s a bit difficult to feel sorry for someone sooooo rich!
