So Excited!
This is the tale of 3 girls. One went to this school her whole life. (That would be me) When that girl was 12 and in 7th grade, a new girl moved to town. The first girl befriended the new girl and they became inseperable. The following year, another new girl moved to town. And she joined the 2 best friends and they became the 3 muskateers. If you saw 1 girl, you knew the other 2 weren’t far behind.

They finished school and still were the bestest of friends. But, when they were about 20, the first girl and the second girl had a falling out over something stupid and lost contact. Then when the first girl and the third girl were 26, they just lost contact.

Flash forward to the present. All 3 girls are now grown women and 32. The second girl and the third girl found each other again. Then the second girl was perusing myspace and found the first girl. She messaged her in November. The first girl didn’t get the message from myspace that she had a message waiting for her and she didn’t check her myspace for a long time. The first girl longed on to my space in February and found the message from the second girl. Excitedly she messaged her back. (are you following me still?) They then started talking on the phone again. The second girl gave the third girl the first girl’s phone number and they started chatting again. They all agreed to meet on the next Saturday.

Guess what today is!!!! Saturday! In 2 hours I am meeting the 2 women who besides my mother and my grandmother have had the biggest impact of my life. I am so excited! I feel like I have my life back. Without knowing it, I had a big hole in my life where my 2 best friends were for so long, and now it feels right again. I’ve had friends since I lost contact with the girls, but nobody who knew me as well or I felt as close to as these 2 ladies.

When I last talked to Danielle, neither of us had kids. Now I have my 3, and she has a 2 year old and a 10 month old. When I talked to Angie, her oldest was like 6 and her youngest wasn’t even 1 yet. and Jordan was 2. Now her oldest is 12 and her youngest is 6, and I’ve added 2 more to our clan.

I’m so excited! I’m going to take my camera because this is so a scrap page waiting to happen! We are going to McDonald’s so the kids can play in the play area and we can sit and chat and get caught up. How fun is this!!!!
