My Poor Eye
Why why why do these things keep happening? First my ear blew up huge and I was in the hospital at 12 weeks pregnant. Then in the last month in a half my eyes have done this three times (alternating eyes each time).

The top two were yesterday. The next one is today. The color is off cuz it was so shiny and I tried to fix it, but you can still see it got a little more swollen.

So, I went to the doctor. I’ve got a sty that she said if she could grab it would probably be an inch long. Deeply embedded so that the hot compresses aren’t helping, and antibiotics are the only thing that will help it. Nope, no pain meds, nothing that would be safe right now at this point in the pregnancy. PBBBLLLLTTTT!!!! It hurts!

And, so you don’t think I’m normally a freakish type person, a pic of me when I don’t have swollen body parts. LOL

Begger’s Night Pictures

Miss Katiana came to me on the day of begger’s night (I think it’s an Iowa thing, we trick or treat the day before, everyone else I talk to says they do it on Halloween) and said, “I don’t want to be Dora, Dora ugly. I want to be princess.”

Lovely. Luckily I had her costume from a previous year and it finally fit her. So, with the coat and the snowflake earrings, she was a snow princess.

I have to say, some people are rude. My sister took the kids up to one door, and the guy who answered it said, “Batman’s getting a little chunky.” Ok, Batman was wearing 3 shirts including a sweatshirt under his costume and a pair of heavy jeans. GRRRR! Jordan’s a lil’ husky, but there was no need for a comment like that.

Anyways, here’s pics of that night.
